- Preparation of drawings, quality control systems, manufacturing procedures and handbook of use, including CE certification if needed.
- Definition of resources and manufacturing schedules.
- Innovative and ingenious proposals and solutions, as well as improvement actions.
ON-SITE ENGINEERING
We do have the solutions that you need.
PRODUCTION
- Ability to fully manufacture all of our products internally. (cutting, welding, folding, etc.)
- Own facilities with all the necessary equipment to carry out the manufacture of prototypes, pre-series and series.
- Possibility of applying surface treatments and finishes such as paint, zinc coated, galvanized, stainless, etc.
- Plastic solutions, injected, thermoformed, rotational molding customized to the different needs.
Industrial Maintenance and Rack Repairs
- Maintenance of all types of logistical means.
- Corrective / Preventive.
- Maintenance in our facilities and on-site.
- Annually, we maintain and repair more than 40,000 logistics means (containers and wheeled carts) among the facilities in Vigo, Vitoria and Madrid.
