Intelligent system for the control and assisted calibration of containers in logistics 4.0

The project aims to implement an intelligent measurement system for control and calibration in the process of maintenance and manufacturing of logistics containers in the automotive sector, with high precision and efficiency, thanks to machine vision technology and specific calibration techniques, and the interaction with the operator in this process.

The system will be able to determine the geometric properties and 3D positions of the containers, so that the coordinates of the points of interest of the columns, arms or supports of the pieces that are located inside and their relative distances will be established.

Predictive capacity that avoids potential damages in the automated installations of our clients.
Key operator-tool interaction that substantially facilitates calibration work.
Ability to interact, predict and propose corrective measures, without losing sight of the efficiency and precision of the measurement.
